It's more like I'm having an experience than making a picture.

We’re all about getting out and living it! We love hiking in the Swiss alps and we love painting too, so combining them made a lot of sense. We need those times when we just have to get out and be in nature and feel our bodies moving on mountain trails absorbing sights, sounds and smells. Once you get to where you’re going, you soak up the vistas unfolding before you. Sometimes we just want to stay a bit longer not wanting those fleeting moments to end and remain caught up in that sensational feeling those views create a little bit deeper.
Well, we think we can help with that. After a healthy, invigorating hike and enjoying a meal of local Swiss delicacies, we go old school and take out the paints! Taking time to mix the colour you see in the mountains, the sky, the trees, and putting in down on canvas you really slow down and learn to actually see what’s there!
We go so fast these days and even on our down time to relax (even hiking in the mountains) we usually do a quick selfie and a few other shots and then move on. Our approach is very different. To truly appreciate nature, we need to slow down and attune ourselves to her rhythm, allowing external forces to affect our internal ones. By taking time to observe, breathe, and be we can centre ourselves and find equilibrium and harmony. Experiencing that moment with like-minded people helps to reinforce the positive, that we can create change in the world socially and ecologically.
So come and join us for a painting session, we’d love to share our passion with you!
